Fania Veksler

Fania Veksler is a passionate and experienced criminal defense attorney serving clients throughout the state of New Jersey. With over 11 years of legal experience, she is dedicated to defending individuals and families facing some of life’s most challenging moments — from traffic violations to serious charges like homicide.

Fania began her legal career as an Assistant Deputy Public Defender in New Jersey, where she gained hands-on courtroom experience and built a reputation for fighting fiercely for her clients. Since 2017, she has continued her work in private practice, handling a wide range of litigation matters while maintaining the same commitment to justice, honesty, and client-centered care.

Fania is known for being deeply responsive, transparent, and realistic with every client she represents. Her clients always know what’s happening with their case, and they can count on her to be available, supportive, and honest every step of the way. Born in Russia and raised in New York City, Fania brings a global perspective and a strong sense of empathy to her practice. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Spanish, and proudly represents people from all walks of life without judgment or prejudice.

Fania earned her law degree from Tulane University in 2013 and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Vassar College. Today, she leads Veksler Law with one goal in mind: achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients — together.
